A total of 189 employees of the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) Central Office and from MGB Regional Office Nos. IVB (MIMAROPA) and III have received their second dose of COVID-19 vaccine on October 13, 2021, through the Quezon City Local Government Resbakuna program. The vaccination drive was administered by the staff of the Philippine Red Cross.

The MGB Administrative Division spearheaded the drive for the unvaccinated MGB employees and other essential personnel such as the janitorial and security staff.

The vaccination drive was held at the Multipurpose Hall on the third floor of the MGB Multipurpose Building.
