The Office of Civil Defense conducted the 4th Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill on November 10, 2022. This is aligned with the support to the observance of the World Tsunami Awareness Day. In this regard, all member agencies are encouraged to participate on the activity to promote earthquake preparedness while observing public health precautionary measures within the respective agencies.
The Mines and Geosciences Bureau duly complied and the designated marshals guided the employees to the assigned safe area. The event concluded after the marshals finished with the personnel headcount in the safe area and all the office rooms were inspected.
