E.L. Enterprises, Inc., holder of Mineral Production Sharing Agreement (MPSA) No. 022-94-X, transferred its rights to Stagno Mining Corporation (Stagno), pursuant to the Deed of Assignment executed by both parties on March 10, 2015.

The agreement was approved by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) on September 14, 2015.

The MPSA covers an area of 729 hectares situated in Libjo, DInagat Island.

Stagno, a Filipino corporation, has complied with the eligibility requirements as an Assignee of the said MPSA pursuant to the pertinent provisions of DENR Administrative Order No. 2010-21.
