The Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) joins the Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA) in the celebration of the National Volunteer Month.
In support to the agency, the MGB announces that the PNVSCA has now started the Search for Outstanding Volunteers (SOV) for 2018 “to recognize the exemplary performance of Filipino volunteers and volunteer organizations in development and nation-building.”
The awards are classified into two categories:
- National Outstanding Volunteer Award
- Individual
- Youth
- Adult
- Organization
- Not-for-profit
- Corporate
- Volunteer Lifetime Achievement Award
- Individual
- Organization
Nomination forms may be downloaded from the PNVSCA website and may be submitted to the corresponding SOV Search Committees until July 15, 2018.
Awardees will be recognized on December 2018.
