The Philippine Information Office held a Leadership and Management Workshop last May 21 to 22, 2019 at Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City. The said workshop offered a comprehensive program which discusses personal, interpersonal, and personality development, allowing the participants to improve their ability to effectively interact with others. The program also offers knowledge and training in leadership and management, office etiquette, manners and grooming, as well as health and hygiene.

The Mines and Geosciences Bureau was represented by five (5) employees in the event. Over the course of two days, participants attended courses tackling the basics of leadership, management roles, important management activities, employee handling, and the proper mindset of highly effective people. The event hopes to enable the participants to understand leadership and management principles well, empowering them to successfully lead, manage, and guide their staff.
