The Geodetic Engineers of the Mines and Geosciences Bureau attended the 45th Annual Directorate Meeting and National Convention last June 07 to 08, 2019 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.
The theme for this year’s convention was “Stronger and United GEP to Sustain Global Competence,” which aims to focus on the key developments in the industry and discuss global issues in the practice of Geodetic Engineering.
The two-day event includes technical sessions wherein various resource speakers presented the developments and current issues of the industry, as well as featuring the latest geospatial technologies through Geomatics Exhibit.
The said event was participated by Engrs. Jenette C. Ponce, Gerald Jay C. Castueras and Irish R. Cortez of the Mining Tenements Management Division of the Bureau.
