As agreed upon during the said consultation, mining companies shall provide comments on the following proposed policies within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of posting in this website:
- Amendment to Section 189-192 of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Administrative Order No. 2010-21 or the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act No. 7942, The “Philippine Mining Act of 1995” (Increasing Mine Waste and Tailings Fees); and
- Guidelines for Care and Maintenance Program for Mining Projects.
