The results of the 2019 Bar Examination have been disclosed by the Supreme Court last April 29, 2020. According to Senior Associate Justice Estela Perlas-Bernabe, the exams chairperson, 2103 out of 7685 examinees passed, raising the passing rate to 27.36%, much higher than last year’s 22.07%.

Among the successful examinees are employees under the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources management. The Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) would like to acknowledge the efforts of the following employees whose hard work enabled them to pass the examination with flying colors: 

Atty. Grecilda D. Marcelo, Administrative Officer III, MGB-Cordillera Administrative Region

Atty. Rogelio P. Napoles, Jr., Economist II, MGB Regional Office VIII
