AMID outrage over reports of the alleged dumping of human waste by vessels anchored off Union Banks, or Pagkakaisa reefs, which form part of the Kalayaan Island Group within the West Philippine Sea, a Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) official said an interagency effort is under way to verify the report.
