QUEZON, Nueva Vizcaya: The Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) in Region 2 is urging illegal settlers and small-scale miners (SSMs) in the gold-rich village of Runruno here to look for a viable "Minahang Bayan" area where they can legally continue their livelihood after they have been ordered to stop their illegal operations.
