MANILA, Philippines - Local firms are seen hiring less workers in the third quarter compared to the number they enlisted in the current quarter, according to a Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) survey. The latest Business Expectations Survey showed a 20.7 percent employment outlook index, lower than the previous 25.6 percent.
