SURIGAO CITY, Surigao del Norte - In light of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, the Mines and Geosciences Bureau-13 (MGB-13) and the Caraga minerals industry have collaborated to ensure that the objectives of Republic Act (RA) No. 11469, otherwise known as the "Bayanihan to Heal as One Act," are achieved.
