The Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB), led by personnel from its Finance Division, is currently encoding its actual obligation FY 2014 and revenue program FY 2014-2018 through the Online Submission of Budget Proposal System (OSBPS) of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).

The submission thru the OSBPS is in compliance to Section 7.4 of national budget Call FY 2016 (National Budget Memorandum No. 123 dated January 28, 2015), encouraging government agencies to start early the encoding of their actual obligation and revenue estimates using budget proposal forms 100 and 201.

Of the PhP1.22 billion allotment, PhP1.20 billion was obligated by the bureau in FY 2014.
